Which material are you working with?

Services

Five material areas. One point of contact.

From the first formulation to the next application, we help you understand your materials and make informed technical decisions.

What we actually do

Four kinds of work that come together in every project.

Good technical support connects the dots. We bring formulation, processing and material evaluation together around your project.

How a project runs

Four steps, from question to implementation.

Scope, deliverables and timing are agreed before work starts, so you always know where the project stands.

Define the challenge

We start with your application, material, process and the outcome you need.

Plan the investigation

Agree the scope, available data, evaluation methods and practical next steps.

Develop the solution

Review formulations, processing conditions and test findings to refine the approach.

Support implementation

Translate findings into recommendations, trials and technical documentation.

What types of plastics do you work with?

The service areas cover thermoplastics, thermosets, composites, recycled plastics and biodegradable materials. The specific material and application are discussed when defining a project.

Can you help with an existing manufacturing problem?

Yes. Processing support includes troubleshooting, defect analysis and optimisation. Information about the material grade, equipment, process settings and observed defects helps establish a useful starting point.

What should I prepare before a first discussion?

A short description of the application, the material or grade if known, the main challenge and your desired outcome. Existing test results or process records can also help. Please avoid sharing confidential formulations before agreeing how they will be handled.

Do you provide certification?

The service includes support with testing and certification pathways for biodegradable materials. Certificates themselves must be issued by the relevant authorised certification body; consultancy support is not a certificate.

How is a project scoped?

Scope, deliverables, timing and commercial terms are agreed after the initial discussion. Recommendations depend on the information, materials and testing available for the project.

Next step

Tell us about your technical challenge.

Material, process or application — a short conversation is enough to agree the next step.
